Current Employment Opportunities for Arizona positions see www.arizonatransplant.org #1 Associate Eye and Tissue Distribution Coordinator (San Diego/Carlsbad): California Transplant Services is currently seeking an experienced eye (CEBT) and/or tissue bank (CTBS) technician to work in our tissue distribution department. This position will also have responsibility for on-call rotation and occasional cornea and tissue procurements. Requirements: Computer fluency with Microsoft Office components, current CEBT or CTBS, ability to follow direction and to comply with good tissue documentation practices, ability to practice good aseptic/surgical technique and ability to drive. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or educational equivalent, experience in tissue harvesting, ability to evaluate cornea tissue using specular and slit lamp microscopy. Compensation commensurate with skills and experience.
